The ambience inside and outside is absolutely stunning. Staff are very attentive and responsive. Their speciality tea blends are exotic, tried black dragon pearl Chinese one and it was really good. The menu in general is limited and portions are fair in comparison to the prices. Taste was very acceptable.

A beautiful location at the waterfront on the Pearl. One part of the restaurant faces the sea. High full length windows, super high contrast seating well laid out along the windows with different configurations makes it a favorite spot for the afternoon tea. They have a number of themed teas. They have a buffet running from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Their tea is so refreshing and their desserts are very delicious. We had a great time seating by the window for a couple of hours and again moved out to the outdoor seating by the water. The tea and the desserts are not very expensive, but the quality of the service and food justifies the bill. There is a washroom at the restaurant and could not see wheelchair access provisions. The staff have been very good and prompt with their service. A great place to spend a fabulous evening with your friends or family. Totally worth it.
